Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 12 business days maximum. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Orders are considered fulfilled once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim
